Parmi is the founder and CEO of Jobility. He has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years and runs a successful staffing company. His vision for Jobility is to provide a platform that enables people job mobility and freedom to work when and where they want.

Nasir is the co-founder of Jobility. With over 30 years of experience in multiple industries, most recently he headed the global IT division of MOL Liner as SVP / OCIO where Nasir played a key lead role during setup and launch of Ocean Network Express (a joint venture between MOL, NYK & K-Line).

John most recently served as Managing Director – Fixed Income and Currency Technology – at RBC Capital Markets. Previously, Mr. Guando spent ten years with Bowne & Co., Inc., where he held various leadership roles including Group Technology Officer of Capital Markets.

Manish is a data scientist leading development of the next generation matching algorithms at Jobility. After spending a decade arechitecting enterprise grade SaaS solutions, Manish truly understands that only innovation and reliability leads to the adaptability of a platform. Manish holds an MBA from Pune University and a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Jobility is not a traditional search engine. Our advanced InductNow platform matches Gigees (workers on the platform) to Hirers based on specified skills, location, hours and rates among many other attributes. The matching engine also identifies trends and can send notifications of availability to prospective Gigees or Hirers and suggest market rates.
